Repatriation Aftercare


Unseen by many are those otherwise intelligent and emotionally stable persons who have a prolonged cultural readjustment period following repatriation. Interaction may have been provided for employees and employee family members who experienced significant personal emotional challenges subsequent to successful multiple year expatriate assignments. It is possible an expatriate employee and/or his or her accompanying spouse may have serious emotional post repatriation distress following a successful international assignment. Repatriation aftercare services are available also for repatriates who have not participated in services we provide in other aspects of the expatriate experience. Two (2) 60-minute telephone coaching sessions a month are provided, with a commitment for one month at a time.
